RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY – Eclipse Charm

1. General Return Policy (90 Days)

At Eclipse Charm, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, only in the cases permitted below.


2. Conditions for Accepting a Return

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no marks, scratches, odors, or signs of use

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all boxes, protective materials, and accessories

  • The product must have arrived defective or damaged

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, incorrect use, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the customer.


3. Damaged or Defective Products
